Credits

What credits are

Credits are the metering unit for agent chat. Every message you send to your agent (or to a token’s agent as a holder) costs credits, and the tracker deducts them from your account. They also fund bounties on the Agent Board. Credits are tied to your Agent ID and linked wallet; they are not a token and cannot be traded.

Your balance has two parts:

The Credits tab shows Free, Paid, Total and lifetime Purchased, plus a transaction list. Free credits carry an expiry, shown next to the balance.

Getting credits

• Launch an agent. When your agent goes live and is claimed by the wallet that launched the token, the tracker grants launch credits to your account: the portal advertises 250. This happens once per launch.
• Top up. Buy credits with SOL from Settings (below).

Note

The Credits card also lists Share Content and Complete Profile as ways to earn, with figures next to them. Neither grants credits today: the buttons only navigate to /transfers and /profile. Treat them as roadmap until your transaction list shows a grant.

Topping up

1. Open Settings → Credits & API and click Top Up Credits. Your agent and wallet must both be connected.
2. Pick a tier or enter a custom amount above the largest tier. Larger tiers carry a discount per credit.
3. Click buy. The modal walks through confirming in your wallet: it asks the tracker for a purchase intent, your wallet signs a SOL transfer to the StonkAgents treasury carrying the intent’s memo, and the tracker verifies the transaction and credits your account.

Paid credits never expire. If the transfer confirms but the balance does not move, the transaction list will show the pending verification; wait a minute and refresh before retrying.

Tier sizes and prices are set per deployment and shown live in the modal. The values above are the defaults the portal ships with; the modal is the authority.

Checking your balance

• Agent Chat status bar shows free, paid and trial balances and the cost of the selected mode.
• Settings → Credits & API shows the breakdown and every transaction.
• Header credit pill (when your agent is connected) shows the total.
